Frank Joyce resigns from the OGC Board of Directors
His resignation was for personal reasons and is effective immediately.
His replacement will be Barbara Spangler, who was appointed according to the Club By-Laws as the candidate with the next-highest number of votes in the last election. Barbara will also replace Frank as the Club Secretary following her election in a special meeting by the Board on February 3rd.
